    On the 29/08/17 I decided to go into the store I explained to Taz and Sabil at `our house retail' that I didn't want to purchase anything if it meant that I had to wait weeks for it to arrive. Sabil and Taz convinced me that they could get everything sorted for me furniture and floor by 04/09/17 and 05/09/17. So I purchased 2 wardrobes and a double bed frame. The invoice has two errors of which I have highlighted and noted. Regarding the floor I was told the quicker the measurements can be taken the quicker the floor can be done.
    On 31/08/17 Taz came to measure my property and gave me a quote.
    The quote I was given was £1300 but as this was too steep Taz insisted he would make a good price for me he said he would talk to Sabil and get back to me. He called me back and said that he could do £1100. So I accepted this offer. I was given no invoice for the floor.
    On 04/09/17 I stayed in all day but nobody called or came. I was on the phone all day as once again nobody called me or attended my property. Every time I called the store I was being told Taz and Sabil were busy dealing with customers and that they would call me back they didn't.
    On 06/09/17 the two bedrooms were fitted with Carpet.
    On 07/09/17 The same man came back to do the vinyl but he didn't do the bathroom or storage rooms when he said he had to go and pick up his wife at 2pm I should call the shop as he had no floor left that he was unaware of these rooms.
    After all day on the phone to Taz who insisted it was not his fault despite taking the measurements, he eventually sent the same man back that evening to complete the job. When the man arrived he told me that he had to go and buy more floor from somewhere!! he went into the bathroom shut the door when he finished I could see that the floor was very different from the rest of the vinyl that had been fitted in my flat that should have all been the same. He didn't even tell me! He also did a shoddy job.

    On 08/09/17 When the furniture arrived 1 wardrobe was missing.
    The vinyl had not been put down correctly everywhere.
    The man damaged the paint on my skirting board when he was putting the vinyl.
    On 10/09/17 Taz agreed that the floor was not put down correctly.
    On 11/09/17 stayed in all day my wardrobe was delivered but I was told someone would be coming to assemble the wardrobe. All day I waited and nobody turned up. I called Taz again and still at 8pm I was being told that he's still coming and he's on his way on the train from Vauxhall I was told he left Vauxhall at 5.30pm it was now 8pm. I waited and waited at 2203pm exactly I get a phone call! the man explained why he didn't attend but he was also being very evasive and intimidating, very out of order to call me at that time. I felt intimidated. He told me he would attend at 10am.

    My mother called the fitters and I sent a message to Taz advising him that I do not wish to have anything to do with them anymore.
    21/09/17 I realised the bed had not been put together properly! The man who fitted the bed together had tried to force the wrong screw in and not only did it damage the bed but he didn't even tell he just placed my mattress on top when he had finished so it was hidden. When my mother went in the store to tell Taz he said he cant do anything as I should have noticed it before! my mum insisted about our dissatisfaction so Taz agreed to come and see for himself and fix the bed on 22/09/17 after 1830pm.
    22/09/17 I waited Taz didn't turn up or call me.
    23/09/17 I get a phone call from someone in the shop saying " yes Taz was meant to come last night but he's coming tonight after 1930pm ok bye" Taz has not turned up again.

    Scamsters. Where can we complain about this shop? I placed an order in November. Chased 3 months over delivery. Faulty pieces delivered again and again. Asked them to take furniture back 3 months back. Still chasing for the refund. Multiple trips to the shop. There are always others like me who are there for the same reason. NEVER buy from this shop. Has anyone approached the legal route? I would appreciate help in this regard.
