Ordered an appliance (which by looking at their website you would clearly believe they hold in stock). THEY DO NOT. They take your order and then fail to reply to emails 7 days later when you ask where is your item.
call up and speak to them and the person that signed off the emails - turns out he doesnt actually read the emails - it could be any one of his team that are signing off using his name - Chris Mills. - That is fraud!
BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROWD IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. 7-10 days in terms - i called on day 7 and he still had no date for delivery. Useless way to run a company
They take the order and then go off and try and source the item elsewhere to then ship it to you. You have been warned.
