They were disorganised and slow. We finally got our order, after twice asking for our money back so we could go elsewhere.
For £15.10 for two orders of Cod and Chips and a side of gravy, I expect at least good quality. What we got was anything but. The chips were very poor, and the fish was awful - very greasy, and the batter was so soggy it stuck to the paper it was served in. The gravy side was barely anything more than brown water with large lumps in it - disgusting.
Not just the worst chip shop in Hemel, the worst I have ever been to by far.
